Yes. We require an in-home meet & greet prior to all new bookings.
This allows us to understand your pet’s routine, personality, and environment so we can provide seamless, stress-free care.

What areas do you serve ?

We proudly serve Brunswick and the Golden Isles, including St. Simons Island, Sea Island, and Jekyll Island.

How do I reserve my dates?

To secure your dates, a deposit is required at the time of booking.
Due to limited availability and high demand, dates are not held without a confirmed deposit.

What is your cancelation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable if plans are canceled within 30 days of the scheduled service period.
This policy ensures availability for clients that plan ahead.
